Jungkook
I couldn’t be happier with the response that ARMY has given my hyungs in terms of their relationship, even if they have not revealed the names of the girls. Still, as we expected, some are arriving to the idea that Minji and Yoona could be the ones but the hyungs have neither confirmed nor denied it. Maybe it’s slightly mean, but it is quite fun to see our fans guessing and making up theories. A lot of our fans are actually quite smart and they love figuring things out and it is amusing to see.
‘What’s that smirk for?’ Minji asks as she sits opposite me on the single sofa while I sit down on the chair. There is a single microphone for both of us and some empty chairs in the set and ARMY bombs to decorate the place and give it more feel.
‘Nothing. I was just thinking about ARMY’s reaction to the hyungs admitting to dating.’ I say. She bites the inside of her cheek as she smiles cheekily as well. ‘I can’t wait to show them our cover too gremlin.’ I say. We’re going to do a mashup of eighteen songs by the boys and I. We’re only going to be sitting down, wanting the focus to be on our voices. We chose the more popular songs and gave them a new vibe.
‘Yeah me too but I’m a bit nervous.’ She says and I let out a chuckle. ‘What? What’s so funny?’ She asks as she gives me a glare which only makes me laugh even more.
‘It’s just you’re so fearless but then something like this gets you nervous and scared. I don’t get it.’ I say and she shrugs.
‘I’m just really conscious of my voice. I’m used to singing at the karaoke and just people watching there not something so … big and open. What if they don’t like my voice?’ She says and I smile. It’s so rare to see her get nervous – unless it’s one of her panic attacks. I still find it hard to believe that the fearless Minji I got to know now is the same one who had a horrible panic attack when I threw her in the pool back then. Still, I don’t think I’ve ever seen her get nervous outside of those attacks and I’ll have to admit, she’s pretty cute when she gets nervous.
‘Well you don’t have to worry about it gremlin because you sound amazing. We’ve rehearsed this and you have a lovely voice Minji. I wish I could hear you sing more often.’ I say and she smiles.
‘Thanks Kooks.’ She says with a genuine smile. ‘I’m really glad that Yoongi hyung helped us to arrange the music for this.’ She says and I nod.
‘Yeah me too.’ I reply. ‘Are you ready?’ I ask and she nods. I give the signal to the staff from BigHit who are helping us. Bang was ecstatic with the idea of us singing together so he quickly offered that we ask the staff to help us. They were pretty eager to do and they all were amazed by her voice.
They start the music and I begin singing to Idol and then she switches to DNA. We take it in turns as we sing small parts from different songs before our voices begin to blend in together. The tempo changes at times, depending on the song and I see her trying to hide her smiles. We finish the song and the staff start to clap as we stand up.
‘Thank you.’ Minji and I say at the same time as we bow towards the staff. We watch as the staff begin to wrap up things and Minji looks at me excitedly. ‘I think we sounded pretty good together.’ She says.
‘I think so too. We’ll see how it goes and if you want, as soon as the new album comes out, we can do another mashup. We could also do some covers together.’ I say.
‘I would love that Kooks.’ She says and I nod. ‘Do you want to go and have ice-cream together? I would love to spend the rest of the day just you and me.’ She says.
‘Sure that sounds great. I mean we barely spent time just us two since Christmas. You’re always either with Jimin or the whole group.’ I say and I see her look down. ‘Don’t feel bad about it. I’m glad you go along so well with my hyungs.’ I say.
‘I’m glad you think so.’ She says as we begin walking away from the studio. We put on our masks as we walk through the busy street until we reach an ice-cream shop.
‘What do you want? I’m going for bubble gum one.’ I say. She looks at the flavours and then her face lights up which makes me chuckle.
‘I want the cookie dough one.’ She says and I nod as I turn to the server who looks younger than us. He looks at us, a hint of recognition in his eyes but he doesn’t say anything.
‘Two scoops bubble gum and two scoops cookie dough please.’ I say and he nods. Minji wonders around the shop and stops next to the candy section. ‘Want to bring some candy to the dorm?’ I ask.
‘That sounds good right? The others would appreciate it.’ She replies as she gets a paper bag. ‘Let’s bring some gummy snakes.’ She says.
‘Sure and bring some of those sour ones.’ I say pointing to the ones that imitate the pacifier shape. ‘Oh add some of these two. Namjoon-hyung loves these.’ I say, pointing to some other sweets. She gives me a thumbs up and I go back to the counter.
‘Can I ask something?’ He asks as he hands me one of the ice-creams. I nod. ‘Are you Jungkook? From BTS?’ He whispers, as if he doesn’t want anyone to hear him.
‘Yep that’s me and that’s my sister.’ I say, pointing to Minji who comes next to me with a huge bag of candy. She waves at him and he bows slightly at her.
‘Debeak!’ He mutters as he smiles, causing me to smile as well. He hands the second ice-cream to Minji as he turns to look back at me. ‘I have a ten-year-old sister and she’s obsessed with you guys…. Can I… may I ask for your autograph?’ He asks, sounding nervous.
‘Sure thing.’ I reply. He brings out a paper and a pen and hands it to me. ‘What’s her name?’ I ask him.
‘Ironically – just like your sister. It’s Minji.’ He replies and I smile as I write a short note and sign it for him. ‘Thank you so much. This is going to make her week or even her month.’ He replies as he tucks it away in his pocket.
We pay for the ice-cream and candy and go outside and sit on a bench as we start to eat our ice-cream. ‘I just realized that it’s been six months already since we both found out about being siblings. Doesn’t it feel longer than half a year?’ She asks
‘Yeah it does. I just feel lucky to have you as my sister for so many reasons.’ I begin and she looks at me. ‘What? You want me to list them?’ I ask as I lick my ice-cream and she shrugs.
‘Would be nice to hear some of them.’ She replies honestly and I nod as I start to think.
‘Hmm you’re honest and genuine. I always know where I am with you and I don’t have to hide anything or lie about anything. You’re strong and fearless but you still talk to me about your problems like when you shared your story about Minho. You are an amazing person so I am proud to be your brother.’ I say and I see her look away, getting slightly embarrassed but also emotional. ‘Also, I feel lucky because you’ve brought something to our family. The hyungs all love you and Yoongi-hyung sees you as his little sister and you’ve practically become best friends with Taehyung.’ I add.
‘That’s true. It’s easy to become close to Taehyung-Oppa and he really does make me laugh. I love all six of your hyungs but I do admit that I am also pretty close to Yoongi-Oppa and he’s also quite protective of me.’ She says and I nod.
‘And finally, I feel lucky because you’ve changed Jimin-hyung’s life. Yes, we’re going through a very trying period with the whole hitman thing and Lee out there to get you and Yoona but still, I have never seen him so happy. You’ve made him so happy and you’ve made him see he is worthy of being loved.’ I say and she nods.
‘I wish he could realize just how amazing he is.’ She says. Anyone can see the love and devotion she has for him – something which I know he has for her too.
I never believed in the idea of falling in love too quickly. I always thought it was not real – it could not be real. How can you fall in love with someone you don’t know? But then I saw her and Jimin – I literally saw them falling in love more and more day after day. I just knew it in my gut – I had this feeling that this was much more than a crush. Some say there is a thing such as love at first sight or destiny or soulmates. A part of me truly does believe that they are indeed soulmates. They have to be – if they aren’t, then such a thing does not exist.
‘You both are amazing Minji – a match made in heaven.’ I say which only makes her laugh.
Yoongi
It’s been a couple of days since the news of the hitman supposedly killing himself. The investigation is still being carried out but we haven’t heard much, or at least, we haven’t been told much. I know Minji, Jimin and Jungkook work a lot with Minji’s parents but they keep a lot to themselves. I know they do it to not worry us but it only makes me worry more. The last time that happened, it ended up with him in our house, a gun to my brother’s head and then Minji being taken hostage. Just remembering that makes my body go cold. Still, I know that I should trust them. They know what they are doing – I’m sure of it.
Tonight, is all about Yun. I am so excited to see her perform on stage. I know I’ve heard her sing and I’ve seen her play but nothing as big as tonight so I am super excited for this. The boys, Yoona, Minji and I are at the hall as everyone sits down.
‘Hyung calm down.’ Jungkook says with a smile as he sees me getting nervous. I start playing with my fingers, itching to start biting at my thumb’s nail – a habit I have of when I am nervous or anxious.
‘Kook is right. It’s not like you’re going to perform yourself.’ Namjoon jokes, smiling, his dimples showing. I know he's just saying that to calm me down and that he is nervous as well. Actually, all of us are nervous because all of us know what it is like to perform under pressure and Yun is their friend just as much as she is my girlfriend.
‘That somehow makes me more nervous. I know how good she is and I know she’s going to be fantastic but I can’t help myself but be anxious but I’m also really excited.’ I admit.
‘Oh we know. Trust us.’ Jimin says as he laughs while he holds hands with Minji who is also smiling. The MC walks into stage and everyone falls into silence.
‘Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 73rd Edition of the Seoul National University. This prestigious University has been around for a long time. It is of a grand standard and the courses here range from law, medicine, education, nutrition, social well being and music among many others.’ The MC says. ‘We shall begin this ceremony by the Seoul National University Orchestra who shall be playing the soundtrack titled ‘Time’ from the movie ‘Inception’. The lead pianist is the university’s own Nah Yun who has worked with the conductor – Professor Muk on the arrangements. Following that, the Orchestra will be playing a piece that shows the musical evolution of BTS. Ladies and gentlemen – the Seoul National University Orchestra.’ The MC says as the people start clapping and cheering.
‘Did I hear him right hyung? They’re doing our music?’ Taehyung asks, his eyes going wide and an excited smile on his face. I nod, having known about this but not heard the piece itself. Yun has been so excited about us hearing that more than her playing.
‘That’s awesome.’ Yoona comments. ‘She’s always been such a talented musician.’ She adds.
‘That’s true.’ Minji says. ‘For as long as I can remember, I have watched her go up on stage and play, whether it’s piano or violin or singing. She just has a way of captivating everyone with her music.’ Minji adds with a proud smile on her face. The clapping stops as the conductor goes up on the pedestal. I take a deep breath as they begin with Yun playing the very first note.
‘Aish.’ I whisper to myself as I feel chills down my spine. The rest of the orchestra starts to pick up but the piano music is still so distinct. I focus on everything but my eyes keep darting to her. She looks completely at ease and in control of the playing.
‘She really does belong on that stage.’ Namjoon comments from next to me and I nod once more. The song becomes more and more intense and I feel myself getting lost or just captured in the whole thing before it comes back down again. It slows down and the piano takes precedence as it plays softly. It comes to a complete stop and as the last note echoes, the whole hall erupts in cheers.
‘They were amazing.’ Hoseok says as we all clap. Everyone settles down again as they begin to play again. I listen, completely in awe as the music takes over. I recognize the first song which is No More Dream and I can’t help but smile. My eyes stay focused on her as she smiles while she plays. They move from one song to another with such beautiful transitions. Eventually it comes to an end and everyone is up on their feet clapping and cheering. I feel this surge of pride filling my chest. I can’t help but remember ARMY’s comments and how they always say that they’re proud of us after major events or performances and I feel that for the first time, I can truly understand what they mean.
The applause is deafening as the orchestra finishes playing and instead some singers go up to do their pieces. Yun approaches us and I smile at her as I pull her into a tight embrace. The others congratulate her and as we sit down I look at her. ‘Baby you were spectacular.’ I say as I give her a light peck on the lips. She bites her lower lip and looks at me.
‘You really liked it?’ She asks, sounding nervous and I let out a chuckle.
‘Are you serious? I didn’t just like it. I loved it Yun. It was fantastic and knowing you were the one who came up with the idea and worked with the conductor to make the arrangement makes me even prouder.’ I say and I see her smile shyly.
Instead of going to the dorm, we decide to spend the night at their old apartment. They are still paying the rent, just not living in it. They wanted to have a place to go to as soon as Lee is taken away – them and their independence. ‘You know, you didn’t just sound amazing tonight – you looked amazing too.’ I say as she turns around for me to unzip the dress for her.
‘Only because you bought this dress for me.’ She says. I place my hands on her shoulders as she looks at me through the mirror in front of her.
‘No babe… you looked beautiful because you are beautiful. You could be wearing a sack and still look beautiful.’ I say as I kiss the exposed part of her neck. I kiss up the length of her neck before I turn her around and place my lips against her. As I kiss her, I start to slowly pull her dress down until it’s on the floor, leaving her in her underwear which consist of black bras and panties that just make her look even more beautiful.
I take a step back as I remove my own shirt and I see her bite her lower lip as she looks at me. I take her hand and pull her closer to me. We walk towards the wall and I gently push her against it. With one hand, I grab both of her hands and pin them against her head while I kiss her. ‘Yoo-ngi-ah.’ She murmurs, her hot breath against my skin which only turns me on even more.
‘Why are you so perfect Yun?’ I ask her as I crash my lips against hers once more. My tongue enters her mouth while hers tries to dominate mine but I don’t let her. I place my free hand on her hip and then down to her thigh as I bring her leg up and around my waist. I let go of her arms which she brings down to my neck while I motion for her to jump slightly as I pick her up, both of my hands under her butt as she wraps her legs around my waist.
I walk towards the bed as I put her down. I stand as I start to unbuckle my belt and throw it off on the ground. I unbutton my pants and pull it down and over my ankles as I climb on top of the bed. ‘You drive me crazy Yoongi-ah.’ She says and I smile as I kiss her. We keep kissing while we remove our underwear until both of us are naked.
‘Are you sure about this Yun? We can stop if you’re not ready.’ I say but she shakes her head and pulls me closer.
‘I love you Yoongi and I want to be with you. I’m sure.’ She says and I nod.
‘I love you too princess.’ I say. Before I know it, we’re both a moaning mess as we make love for the first time.
We finish, both of us panting as she crawls next to me. I wrap my arm around her as I pull up the sheet to cover us both. ‘That was amazing.’ She says, as she looks at me.
‘Yeah it was. Who thought the shy Yun could be so vocal?’ I ask, to tease her. She hits me in my stomach and I groan slightly, exaggerating it. She just laughs at me as she buries her face against my chest. ‘Jokes aside, it really was. I never thought I could feel something like that.’ I say, still smiling.
‘Yeah me neither.’ She says as she suddenly yawns and I chuckle.
‘Are you feeling tired baby?’ I ask and she nods. ‘Sleep then.’ I say but I don’t have to tell her twice. She closes her eyes and within a few seconds, she passes out completely. ‘I love you so much princess.’ I whisper before I close my eyes, ready to go to sleep, with my princess in my arms.
Minji
‘Are you sure about this? What about your rehearsals?’ I ask as I look at Jimin while we sit on the couch in the living room. Yun and Yoongi have gone to our old apartment to spend some time alone and Hoseok and Yoona are in their room. The rest of the boys decided to go and have dinner together which means Jimin and I can get some quality time together.
‘Don’t worry about rehearsals.’ He begins as he kisses my forehead. ‘There has been so much going on lately and we haven’t gone on a proper date in some time. I thought spending a weekend away just us two would do us some good.’ He replies. ‘What do you think?’ He asks.
‘I love it and can’t wait for tomorrow morning for us to go. Where are we going though? I’m not sure we can book anywhere on such short notice.’ I say, looking at him perplexed.
‘Well…’ He begins as he rubs behind his neck. ‘I was thinking we could go back to the villa. I already asked Bang and he said it’s fine.’ He replies cheekily.
‘Yah! You already knew I’d say yes.’ I reply laughing. ‘I love that place. Do you know why?’ I ask and he looks at me, trying to come up with the answer. ‘We had our first kiss there pabo.’ I say as I playfully smack him on the arm.
‘Ahh I see but I didn’t forget that. I just didn’t realize it's the reason why you like that place. Do you know where one of my favourite places is?’ He asks.
‘Hmm maybe the park where we went to feed the swans on our first date?’ I ask as I recall our first date. It was the most perfect day I ever experienced and it has been imprinted in my mind. We had cycled around and went to the park and fed the swans, we had eaten street food and went to the arcade and he had even bought me a rose which I have in my notebook.
‘That is one of them but not the one I had in mind.’ He says cheekily. ‘Take another guess.’ He says.
‘Hm maybe when we went figure skating in Busan?’ I ask, unsure. Yes, we did have a lot of fun there but that was followed by the incident with Jiyeon. I see his face scrunch and I sigh. ‘I know you’re thinking about what happened after but I like to separate the two things. We had lots of fun skating there.’ I say.
‘Yes, we did but I can’t help and remember that I could have been really close to losing you because of her.’ He says suddenly growing sullen.
‘But you didn’t Jimin. I promised I’m staying by your side and I intend to keep that promise. It takes much more than that to get rid of me.’ I assure him and he nods. ‘Now stop teasing me and tell me.’ I say, or more appropriately whine. He lets out a loud laugh and nods.
‘The coffee shop you work at.’ He says and I look at him confused as to why he mentioned that place. ‘It was the first time I saw you outside of a screen. Noona had showed you to us on Instagram but it was the first time I really saw you. It’s the place we got to meet and get to know each other. It was the place I saw you be yourself – singing and working hard but being happy and cheerful. It was the place where I realized I really liked you.’ He says.
‘Oh Chim.’ I say as I kiss him. ‘You’re such a romantic, you know that, right?’ I ask and he nods.
‘You bring out the best parts of me.’ He replies.
We reach the villa and I still find it amazing as ever. ‘I swear this place just always mesmerizes me.’ I say giddily.
‘Let’s go to our room.’ He says as he takes my bag in his hand. I follow behind him as we reach one of the rooms. I can’t help but exclaim and he just laughs at me as he places the bags down on the floor. The room is huge and well lighted. The furniture is based on white and gold and the bed looks large and soft.
I can’t help but go and sit down on it and lay down with my feet dangling off while I stare at the ceiling. Jimin comes next to me and sits down with his tummy on the bed while he stares at me. ‘What’s that look for?’ I ask. Our faces are really close to each other right now.
‘Nothing. Can’t I just look at my beautiful girlfriend?’ He asks as he leans closer to me. We kiss before I feel my phone vibrate. He breaks away from the kiss and motions for me to get my phone. ‘Who is it?’ He asks.
‘Yun.’ I reply with a smile on my face.
‘Answer her. I’m going to the kitchen and try to prepare some food we can take with us later.’ He says as he gives me a quick kiss before he leaves the room and I answer the call.
‘Goddamn woman. I could have been dying and you would have let me.’ She greets me and I roll my eyes.
‘Oh stop exaggerating Yun.’ I say as I sit up. ‘So, why did you call me? Is there something you want to tell me?’ I tease.
‘Hmm maybe but let’s start with the fact that you disappeared this morning without telling me. Is it true? Did you go on a weekend getaway with Jimin?’ She asks excitedly which causes me to giggle.
‘Yes, I did. We’re staying at the villa again. Yun it’s so beautiful here.’ I say.
‘I know. I was there, remember?’ She asks laughing. ‘Was it like a surprise?’ She asks.
‘Kinda. I mean he asked me what I thought about going away for the weekend to spend some time together and I accepted and then he told me he had already asked Bang to come to this place.’ I say as I pull my legs up and sit criss-cross.
‘Ahh that’s so romantic. He had everything planned out. There’s something else I want to talk to you about.’ She says as she suddenly gets quiet but I can hear the excitement. I can’t help but smile along with her, having already an idea what she is about to tell me.
‘Go ahead. I’m all ears.’ I say.
‘Well… you know how Yoongi and I came to our old apartment.’ She begins.
‘Yes, I know. Come on Yun … you’re making me curious now.’ I say but she laughs.
‘It’s not like you didn’t already guess. You’re just letting me say it, but, yes, you’re right. One thing led to another and we… we um did it.’ She says, her voice quiet but bursting with excitement and I can’t help but laugh at her behaviour. ‘It was so amazing Minji. It’s like nothing I ever experienced and this morning Yoongi woke up early and made me breakfast in bed.’ She squeals. I can imagine her face going bright red as she says it.
‘I’m glad you found your happiness Yun. I really am.’ I say with a smile and I hear her sigh.
‘I’m glad we both did. We went through some * but we’re finally happy and in love and loved back.’ She says.
‘Well you always did say that we should never give up and that we will both get our happiness when the time comes.’ I say and I hear her giggle. ‘Anyways, I should go. Jimin is waiting for me downstairs.’ I say.
‘Of course. Have fun and try to relax. Stop worrying about everything and everyone and just focus on you and Jimin.’ She says. I smile, knowing she is right. I may have been trying to hide it from most people except Jungkook and Jimin but I am still worried about the fact that Lee is still out there. I’m still worried that he had manged to get to the hitman even though he was arrested. I’m worried about him coming back after Yoona or me or that he would try to hurt Jimin or Jungkook to get to me. I’m worried he might find out about Mr. Oh. ‘Yah! Earth to Minji! You just zoned out on me.’ She says, bringing me down to reality.
‘Sorry about that. My mind just started racing for a moment but you’re right. This weekend is all about me and Jimin. Talk to you later or whenever.’ I say laughing before I hang up. I get up and go back downstairs to the kitchen where I find Jimin packing up the bag. ‘What did you do babe?’ I ask as I approach him.
‘It’s a surprise. Everything okay with Yun?’ He asks and I nod. ‘Good. I was thinking we could go for a walk and go back to that park we went to last time.’ He says.
‘Sounds like a plan.’ I reply as I kiss his cheek.
Jimin
Minji and I are cooking pasta… or trying to. Although both of us know a little about cooking, just enough to not kill anyone, we still have to follow a recipe or otherwise it will end up in disaster. While I am taking care of the sauce, she is boiling up the water and preparing some side dishes. ‘Do you remember that Run episode where you had to cook pasta? You and Taehyung Oppa were a team.’ She says.
‘Yeah I remember. How can I forget? I ended up with the meringue in my hair.’ I say, laughing a bit at the memory.
‘Yun and I were watching together. We couldn’t stop laughing. I had felt kind of bad for Taehyung-Oppa though. He looked so down.’ She says, sounding genuinely sad about it. ‘This is almost ready. What about you?’ She asks.
‘It’s ready. I’m just waiting for the pasta to finish cooking.’ I say and she nods.
‘Shall I go prepare the table then?’ She asks and I nod as I take over the pasta. I watch her grab two wine glasses, utensils and a wine bottle as she hurries to the dining room. I look at the pasta and try to taste one of them.
‘Hmm she was right. It needs a little more time.’ I mutter to myself. I reach for two plates as I set them on the counter. I give the pasta a few minutes before I turn it off. I grab the colander and pour it in before I divide the pasta in two. I pour the sauce on top and put the parsley on top to decorate it. I grab the two plates and take them to the dining room. ‘Whoa… this is nice.’ I say as I realize she has put up candle lights and decorated the table.
‘I’m glad you think so.’ She says as I settle the plates down on the table. We sit down and begin to eat and talk, mostly about the upcoming weeks. She’ll be having her final exams soon so she’ll need to start working on them but I know she’ll do well.
After we clear the table and wash everything up, we decide to go to the games room and do karaoke. I sing Hercules’ ‘Go the distance’ and I see Minji recording me on her phone which makes me laugh. We switch as she starts to sing ‘Colour of the wind’ from Pocahontas which is of no surprise. I return the favour by recording her as well. ‘Ah you sang that beautifully.’ I say.
‘Let’s sing one together. Do you want to do the one from Aladdin?’ She asks as she stretches out her hand. I nod as I get back up, while taking her hand. I wrap one arm around her waist while I record us with my phone. She giggles while we start to sing the song.
We sing a couple of more songs before we go to our room. It doesn’t even take a few minutes before she passes out and I decide to take a photo of her and send it to Jungkook.
Jiminie: She just passed out 😂😂
Kookie: She looks cute 😜 Did you go to the park like you said?
Jiminie: Yeah we did and we ate lunch there too. 😍😍
Kookie: That’s good. I’m glad to see her have fun and let lose.
Jiminie: Yeah me too. She’s been so busy taking care of everyone lately – between noona and Hoseok-hyung and me… she deserved some time off from everything.
Kookie: Yeah I know what you mean. Sometimes I find myself worrying that she’s pushing herself too much 😔
Jiminie: I know but she’s stronger than we might think 😘😘 So, when is the video is coming out? She’s pretty excited about it. 🤗
Kookie: Tomorrow evening actually. I was hoping we could see it together.
Jiminie: That would be awesome and I’m sure Minji would love it!!
Kookie: Yeah I thought so too. I’ve got to go. Tae is waiting for us to play overwatch together.
Jiminie: I’m going off to sleep. See you tomorrow. 😜😜
Minji and I slept in, enjoying the opportunity to be lazy and just cuddle against each other before we woke up for breakfast. After that we went for a run around the gardens here and then stayed by the pool before we decided to go to the dance studio.
‘Jiminie I really don’t know how to dance.’ She whines while she laughs. I laugh as well as I grab her hand and pull her to the middle.
‘Just trust me.’ I encourage her as the music plays. I see her smile as I lead her. ‘Just move with me.’ I say as the song plays on. We stop as soon as the song finishes and she can’t stop giggling it seems. ‘That was just a warm up. Come on – I want us to try and make up a dance.’ I say.
‘Okay fine. Can I choose the song at least?’ She asks and I nod. She goes to her phone and types away the name. ‘It’s Someone’s someone by Monsta X.’ She says.
‘Oh nice choice.’ I say. It’s a recently released song but Minji has been playing it non—stop. We hear it together as we take in the beat before I start to make up the steps. I can’t help but chuckle as I see her taking me so seriously, wanting to get it right for me.
We practice for a good two hours before we finally decide to record the whole thing to show it to the others. We start by kneeling down and coming up and strutting towards each other. We move against each other as we come back to back when the chorus hits as we move opposite of each other. The singing stops as the music takes over and for this we turn around to face each other as we dance together. I twirl her around and then I pull her close. I touch her face and she smiles, her eyes twinkling as we dance close. We separate for a moment as we stand next to each other this time during the chorus. Both of us are smiling as we dance as the music hits once more. She turns to me and I pick her up and cut her off from the girl as I turn around with her in my arms. I bring her down slowly and as the music comes to a stop, I kiss her.
Finally I have managed to update. So sorry for keeping you waiting for so long. I wanted this chapter to be better. I'm not sure how I feel about it but hopefully it was good enough and didn't disappoint you. I look forward to what you think. - Tae's Misfit 💜💜💜
